Group Therapy in English

Shared journeys, collective healing, empowered together
Healing Circles
Experience the transformative power of connection through IFS (Internal Family Systems) group therapy in a healing circle. Together, we create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your inner world, share your journey, and witness the stories of others. Guided by the principles of IFS, we work to uncover and heal the parts of ourselves that carry burdens, fostering self-compassion and personal growth.
Whether you're new to IFS or continuing your healing journey, this group setting offers profound opportunities for reflection, connection, and growth.
