Slow Tree has grown from my personal journey—from London to Leipzig, from teacher to counsellor.

My mission is to live authentically, in alignment with my heart, and to support others. I have travelled extensively and experienced many extraordinary things, yet I also find beauty and fascination in life’s simple, everyday moments.

I’ve always been drawn to the questions: Why do we behave the way we do? And how can we let go of the things we no longer wish to carry?

My curiosity has led me into the ever-evolving fields of psychology, neuroscience, and spirituality. There is always something new to discover—new research, perspectives, and ways of understanding ourselves. I’m passionate about bringing the latest insights and cutting-edge techniques into the therapy room, while continuing to learn and grow as the field evolves.

As a Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie, I am trained and licensed to work therapeutically with people experiencing emotional and psychological challenges. I have trained extensively in the IFS therapy model and have undertaken separate, in-depth training in couples therapy.

​

Inclusion is deeply important to me. I welcome neurodiversity, mixed-neurotype couples, LGBTQ+ and transgender people, and people of all religions, cultures, and racial backgrounds. I strive to create a space that is respectful, open, and sensitive to each person’s individual identity and experiences.​

I have lived in Leipzig since 2007 and am the mother of three teenage children. I speak fluent German and also offer sessions in German.

I have supported many clients in gaining a deeper understanding of themselves, changing unhelpful patterns, processing traumatic experiences, and embracing new perspectives.
